SITUATIONS VACANT

We are on the lookout of the following Positions in our Organisation. All posts are Voluntary and only stipend and other miscellaneous expenses will be taken care of. We are a non-profitable Organisation.

They are:
1] President – All India
2] Chief Fundraising Officer
3] Public Relations Officer
4] Press Secretary
5] Head of Advertisement & Publicity
6] Chief Project Coordinators
7] Regional Heads – All Indian States & Union territories.

President – All India
A person holding this post will be required to manage the entire affairs of the Trust in association with the managing trustee and the other Board members.

Chief Fundraising Officer
Will be in charge of suggesting ideas on raising funds and will also spearhead the campaign to raise funds for the trusts various projects in India.

Public Relations Officer
This post will require a person to co-ordinate with top Governmental officials and also other NGO’s and celebrities to help the Trust grow.

Press Secretary
The person holding this position will co-ordinate with the Press and also prepare materials, letters and also press related projects and other works related to what is to appear in the Media.

Head of Advertisement & Publicity
As head of Advertisement, the person will be required to plan, design and create materials required for advertisement and also take charge of the Publicity campaign.

Chief Project Co-ordinators
The Trust will have a host of Project Coordinators who will be reporting to the Chief Project Coordinators. This person will in turn interact with all Project Coordinators in all locations and report to the respective persons.

Regional Heads – All Indian States & Union territories.
These Regional heads will head a state or a Union Territory and will work in their respective Projects. They will be in charge of all persons who will work along with them.

Kindly note Persons holding any position will be reporting to the Managing Trustee or alternatively to the respective Heads as prescribed in the Trust’s Constitution.

Very Important:
While applying or joining the JADE FOUNDATION it is necessary that one adheres to the 7 factors that are to be kept in mind.

They are: 
One
A person must have a heart to serve and help the underprivileged.

Two
He/she must have ample time to contribute to the JADE FOUNDATION, so also the weaker sections in general.

Three
Must be willing to travel and stay in any climate and conditions without demanding anything in return.

Four
The entire contribution is voluntary expect the bare minimum requirements which will be provided.

Five

One is to note that he/she will not engage in any type of business/controversies or any other negative related aspects that will harm the trust.

Six
You must exhibit, simplicity, manners. Politeness, flexibility and all the good traits that is required for working for charity.

Seven
You must have the burning desire to serve and not expect to be served.
