VOLUNTEERS - the heart and soul of THE JADE FOUNDATION.

As told in the earlier chapters no Organisation can be manned by a single person. It is a team that has to be in place to execute any project be it profitable or non profitable. Hence we need DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS. They must be people with the following traits.

They are:
1. Who have a penchant for charity in the first place?
2. You must love serving the underprivileged.
3. You must be flexible in nature.
4. You have to work tirelessly.
5. Must be willing to work round-the-clock.
6. Must have energy and enthusiasm.
7. You must not expect anything in return for what you do, as we do.

If you are interested in committing a limited amount of volunteer time, we want to hear from you. Join our team of volunteers who co-ordinate events and projects.

VOLUNTEERS need not be full time. You can work in a project till it is completed or may remain for a period of time.

As such there is no fixed remuneration for VOLUNTEERS. However we offer food, accommodation, travel and stipend if resources are available.

We need Volunteers on three counts.
They are:
1. Permanent Volunteers
2. Temporary Project Volunteers
3. Stop Gap Volunteers.

Permanent Volunteers
Permanent Volunteers will be attached with THE JADE FOUNDATION on a long term basis. They will be placed either at our Project Head-quarters or they will be pitched at the place where we have projects running. Details for this post may be had from the Head of the Organisation.

Temporary Project Volunteers
In this case a Volunteer will be required to work with any of our projects (please see Project page for details) so far as the project is in progress and may either leave or stay on for the next project. A simple commitment from your end is required so that we can execute our project on a timely basis.

Stop Gap Volunteers
You may be a techie, contractor, doctor or a businessman, if you wish to participate in any of our projects, you are welcome. We do not require any commitment from your end to work with us.

Bottom-line –
If you want to be a VOLUNTEER with THE JADE FOUNDATION you will have to give a serious commitment.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

THE JADE FOUNDATION is not a living being as such, the members who are a part of it constitute the Trust. We need people who have a penchant for charity to join us. We're also looking for ways to raise funds and suggest them to the Foundation Board.

In case you have anything that can be given to us, do reach out to our volunteers and they will co-ordinate with you. Please look up at the DONATION PAGE for Details.

We would also appreciate if you could donate your time for us. We also need Volunteers to carry out various important projects. For such queries, please do have a look at the VOLUNTEERS page for details. We also need trainers who can volunteer themselves to train teachers and students and adults on various scales.

If you want to donate any land, house, or materials or furniture or utensils, please do contact us.

And Yes!
There may be a case, you may love to do charity, but you may not have the means, well, you can do your mite by either joining hands with us to help, alternatively you can refer our Charity to someone you know may want to help us executive projects.

Your referrals can go a long way in boosting our morale and reaching out to the underprivileged through our Projects.

WE NEED YOU

No person has ever achieved a goal single-handedly. Hence we too are on the lookout for like minded people who can join our Organisation and execute projects as we plan to cover every nook and corner of our Incredible India. We aim to reach every remote village in India with our twin objective, viz., educating the rural teachers and students and also planting trees to make a Green India.

Whoever you may be, if you have an aptitude to really do your mite for the society and have some time to spare for these two projects ,we sincerely welcome you to join and make this project a grand success where we will have educated and well-trained skillful teachers and also more than good children and also a green country side. We may or may not live to see the project materialize, but let us join hands like what Philomen and Bausis did to make a flourished green country.
